Every company’s business stays its own

One company’s visitors, bookings and requests are never read out to another. The lobby directory shows companies and where they sit — never people.

Only says what your space knows

Companies, suites, rooms and times come from your own directory and room calendar. If they don’t say it, the employee doesn’t either.

Nobody walks in uninvited

A visitor goes in only when the member they came for says so, or has pre-authorised them. A room is booked for the company that asks, and nobody else.

What exactly am I paying for each month?

The AI employees in your package — Front Desk Managers and Facility Managers — working in your space every day, with the Digital Workforce app for every member and staff member included. The monthly price is the same whether you use one or all of what your package allows.

Do I have to buy kiosks?

Only at your front desks: each Front Desk Manager runs on one kiosk, bought once at AED 3,000 and yours to keep. There are no room displays or other screens to buy — bookings, visitors and notices reach members in the Digital Workforce app.

How do members book rooms?

By asking the Facility Manager in the Digital Workforce app on their phone: “a meeting room at three tomorrow”, “the conference hall for Friday morning”, “cancel our booking”. It books the first free room of that kind for the member’s own company, and offers the nearest free times when one is taken.

How are visitors let in?

The Front Desk Manager asks who they’re here to see and rings that member in the Digital Workforce app, with a card showing who is waiting. One tap sends them in. A visitor the company pre-authorised goes straight in, and if nobody answers the visitor is told so honestly.

Which package fits my space?

A single space with one reception fits Basic. A centre over several floors or receptions fits Standard. A large business centre or campus fits Business Centres. Bigger than that, the team prices it to your centre.

Which languages does it speak?

Eighteen: English, Arabic, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Mandarin. You choose which ones your space offers.

Why are prices in AED, USD and AUD?

Smart Coworking is priced in UAE dirhams. US dollar and Australian dollar prices are converted from AED and rounded to the nearest 10, so you see a clear number in your own currency.

Can we run it on our own servers?

Yes, with an on-premise license, an add-on with custom pricing. It is priced to your installation: the number of centres, front desks and members, and where it runs. Ask Lina and she will pass your requirements to the team.

Who is Lina?

Lina is a Smart Coworking digital employee, running on the same Pravega platform as the coworking team. She knows our prices for your country, can work out an estimate for your space, and passes your request for a demo or a quote to the right team, with a reference number.

Are taxes included?

No. Prices exclude VAT, GST and other local taxes, which are added as your country requires.
